Can’t find an answer in our knowledge base? Here are two fast ways to get help
If you’re logged in to the Escono backend look for the Support Tab. It’s at the bottom right of every page.
Click the Support Tab and you’ll see a message box. Click the paperclip icon at the bottom left to attach a screenshot (or other file).
Using the email address you normally sign in with, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What we need to know
Three things will help us fix your problem fast:
- What were you trying to do when the problem happened?
- What platform and browser are you on?
- Is the problem happening all the time or did it just happen once?
When will you hear back?
We respond to support requests as quickly as possible. When things get really busy, we prioritise requests based on your account:
- Free: within 2 working days
- Pro: within 1 working day
- Custom: please check your Service Level Agreement
